DT Mobile Wine Services began in 2013. I started with Mobile Cross Flow Filter. As a wine maker, with many years of experience in wine production management and wine bottling operations, I started this business because I wanted to bring the service and make it more easily accessible to wine makers in the area.  Now they have the option to get that extra crystal clear wine. My name is Dimitar Tashev, I have been in the industry for over 10 years, worked with numerous top wineries in Napa Valley, Livermore Valley, Santa Clara Valley, Santa Cruz Mountain, Lodi,  and other wine regions in California.
